[HoustonHam] Any ham plumbers in Houston area?

I am looking for help with my transmitting loop antenna.
I would like to use flaring tool to increase OD of 1/2 copper flexible tube to 
5/8 inch so it will fit snugly into standard rigid 1/2 tube openinng of 1/2 3/4 
3/4 tee.
I am tryning not to use tape or another ( brass) tube to fill the large gap for 
electrical and mechanical resons.
