Hi all,

The CAPE team plans to launch it balloon on Saturday at approximately 8:30
from Lake Charles weather permitting. We will make a go no go decision
Friday afternoon  and Saturday morning at 6:30 am and launch decision will
be distributed via email.

The APRS call sign will ke5yvm-11 on a frequency of 144.390 mhz with the
data and command on 435.00 with a call sign of W5ul

We will have an echo link on the Lafayette, Lake Charles, Morgan City, Baton
Rouge repeaters. I will publish the repeater frequency in a future email
