Well... obviously I upset your apple cart. Which was not my intention. Sorry if you thought I was firing salvos at you. I assure you I was not. And yes I am very aware of both PRB-1, 101 FCC2d 952 {1985} as well as HR 2610.. or was it 2160??? Too many numbers to keep up with  hi hi. This topic is closed as far as I am concerned.
