FYI, as many know, back in June of 2006, just 3 months after getting 
my towers up and antennas installed, my tower I refer to as my HF 
tower collapsed - folded over at the 40ft level.  Since that time, I 
have been in litigation with Heights Tower Systems company.  To date, 
it my understanding the court ruled Heights is liable for the 
collapse.  Our remaining issue before the court - unfortunately - is 
to settle on damages and this has been dragging on for months.  OK, 
so what?  Last night my other, or what I refer to as my VHF tower 
(covering 6M through 1296), collapsed in a similar manner as the 
earlier collapse.  K3CB will be off the air from 6M through 10G for 
the foreseeable future.

I will gladly answer any questions off reflector.  Owen, K3CB
