Gustav is now a Cat 4 hurricane with 145MPH winds...expected to stay at CAT
4 (with slower winds) until landfall....still projected near Vermillion Bay,
LA...if ANYTHING, it looks like Texas will NOT see hurricane OR tropical
storm winds...until Tuesday when Gustav crosses into Texas north of Jasper
headed for Tyler (where all the nursing homes in the BPT area just evacuated
to)
