Hello to all the members of the club.,

I am VU2UU- Sankar from Chennai India on a personal visit.I wish to convey 
my greetings to you all.

I am using aYaesu 50 RD ,a dual bander HT for vhf/uhf .In my hometown I am 
using a Kenwood TM 741 A.

I purchased my HT from a Californian ham last year.When I try to change the 
CTCSS tone ,the radio goes to AREC mode and and I am unable to find the 
default tone.As I am not conversant with the menu controlled radios, I am 
unable to proceed further.I frequently listen to the qsos.

I am staying in my daughter's house in 1415 Eldridge Pkwy Apt#521,Houston TX

77077.

I will be thankful if your club can help me to solve the problem in my 
radio.!
