Only 2m rptr that comes to mind is the 147.18 New Waverly but I am not sure of its HT coverage in Livingston.
Saltgrass has a UHF rptr in New Waverly but I know it does not have HT coverage to Livingston. I know of no Liv rptr that is linked.
