The Clear Lake Amateur Radio Club (CLARC) will be operating at Sylvan 
Rodriquez Park in Clear Lake where their participation will have a public 
awareness slant ( http://www.clarc.org/ ).  The JSC ARC is looking at 
operating at the Emergency Operations Center at JSC.
