[HoustonHam] More info on BPL in Houston

My map (Microsoft MapPoint 2004) shows this (Latitude +29.7325   Longitude 
-95.4475) to be on Richmond Avenue between Newcastle Drive and Drexel 
Drive, just east of the railroad tracks.  The map shows the Ambassador 
Chinese Restaurant just on the west side of the railroad tracks although I 
don't remember if that is still a valid business name.
