 No and that IS the purpose of this vote...to allow vote by mail...which was
kept from the membership for the past 17 years!! When it was brought up last
time in 1987, the then president of the Society, K5ZC, LIED to the
membership and said Texas law prevented it..(The law actually said it WAS
permitted if the bylaws allowed it)..

Wish you could vote somehow.....that way ALL members would have a say...not
just those rich or able to show up...
(how many other clubs you belong to that are state or national level allow
you to vote by mail?? Why should TX NOT allow it? Well for that look to the
UHF band and who tries to control it all)
