[HoustonHam] is this list active??

Honestly, not sure.  You would have to email him about
it, or catch him online in IRC (Internet Relay Chat). 
He should be quick to respond, depending how busy he
is.  He has several projects happening nation wide, he
does things for hams and commerical radio
applications.
