[HoustonHam] Orange TX Hamfest

It is 103.5 but the tone will be off for the hamfest (I wish they would turn
down the VOICE and CW IDs on the RC85! It is way too loud!)

Also 444.8 will covering the hamfest site...to be linked to 444.5 BMT if all
goes well..both 100Hz PL AND hope to have a little surprise on the system
for the hamfest :)
