[HoustonHam] Got Gap Titan?

Folks, 

  I picked up a used Gap Titan, Downloaded the book and did my best to follow
directions, but it just don't work well at all. 

  Does anyone have one of these beasties in the air, preferrably West Houston
or Northwest Houston so I can see what it's REALLY supposed to look like? After
next week i'll make the time to field strip it, replace the coax and try to
re-assemble it. 

  Any help, pointers or experience would be appreciated.
