Howdy --

	HAM EXPO -- the Spring 'Fest is Saturday, April 5, 2003, at Belton,
Texas.  From Interstate-35 take Exit 292 west (on Loop 121) to the Bell
County Expo Center (1/4 mile).   
	
ADMISSION: $1.00. Fully accessible to persons with handicaps. Huge
INDOOR TAILGATE arena. Doors open at 7:00 a.m. Snack bar onsite. The
talk-in frequency is 146.820 MHz (-), PL 123.0 Hz. Dozens of door prizes
given away throughout the day, plus great grand prizes. Must be present
to win. The event closes at 3:00 p.m.

VE TESTING for all classes of Ham licenses will be given at 1:00 p.m.
onsite. Bring copies of any CSCEs, Amateur license, plus photo ID. 
	
COMMERCIAL VENDOR SPACES WITH TABLES are $25.00 each. Setup between
1:00-10:00 p.m. Friday (reserve by April 1). All pre-registered vendors
must setup on Friday, April 4. Free electricity. Bring your own
extension cords, outlet strips, and duct tape (for securing cords). 
	
NON-COMMERCIAL VENDOR SPACES WITH TABLES (pre-registered) are $25.00
each. Setup between 1:00-10:00 p.m. Friday (reserve by April 1). All
pre-registered vendors must setup on Friday, April 4. Free electricity.
Bring your own extension cords, outlet strips, and ct tape (for securing
cords). 
	
INDOOR TAILGATE SPACES (non-commercial) are $10.00 each (at the door on
Saturday only -- first come, first served). Tables available at an
additional $10.00 each. Tailgate setup 5:30-7:00 a.m. only. Free
electricity. Bring your own extension cords, outlet strips, and duct
tape (for securing cords). 

Registration forms will be mailed February 28 to vendors on our mailing
