Yes boys and girls...the TX VHF FM Society has done it again!!
(WHAT??? you ask??? Heavens NO!!!! )
YES!!! They have broken their own rules of coordination..
HOW??? Look at the wonderful and well "thought out" 6m bandplan..
especially updated on the web site only recently!!!
They NOW allow rptr outputs and INPUT to share the same region of
spectrum...HOW CAN THAT BE you ask??? Well, whenever you write your
own rules and expect everyone else to follow them WITHOUT ever taking
a vote or publishing the change for a vote in the 1st place, guess
you can do whatever you want!!!
Hmmmmm the current standards for coordination were written and
voted into place back in the 80s to prevent such arbitrary changes
to the coordination rules...YET it seems our current clan of BoD
members seem to change those rules with agree with them...and
NOT allow changes to take places or even be discussed where it
disagrees with their own agenda....
HOW NICE!!! We are to follow the rules...but they dont???!!!
Think about it....
What next?? allow rptr OUTPUTS on 146.34 MHz (only in certain areas
of course!!)!!
Such a great technological leader.......NOT!!
All the Society is now is a springboard for the Dillo folks
who wants things their way...regardless of whether its the right way!
