[HomeBrew] Looking for an article in past 73 magazine

I have the full set of CD's for 73 magazine. However my 1990 thru 1999 
copy will not load in my PC. the other years load fine.

Wondering if someone has the article Nov93 "REMOTE TUNED ACTIVE 
ANTENNA"? If so, I would appreciate a .pdf of it.
