[HomeBrew] Looking for an old circuit

Years ago Andy Clark, W4IYT gave me small homebrew CW transmitter. I 
have treasured it as it was sort of a memento of his mentoring me as a 
teenager.  I haven't tried to use it before now.  But I would like to 
put it on the air.

It is a 2 tube AC-DC circuit using a 50HC6 oscillator driving a 50L6.  
It probably has been published in the past but I haven't found any info 
on it.

Does anyone have a copy of the schematic or recall where I might find 
such a circuit?

I would also like to locate a crystal for it near the 40 meter QRP 
frequency, in an HC-6 holder.
