[HomeBrew] Data on RF transistor by CTC model CD3024?

I have researched on line and not been able to find anything on the 
above CTC CD3024 RF power transistor.  I have 2 of them and would like 
to know their characteristics so I might use them.

I suspect they are, bi-polar NPN, case type 211-07,  for HF, 12 VDC 
applications, but I do not know their power capability, estimated in the 
60 to 80 watt output range..

Can anyone help with the actual data?
