How much current will be needed at 6.3 volts? 

I'm sure I have one or two that will do 250-0-250 and have the 5 volt
and 6 volt windings. The high voltage might be a little higher or lower
than exactly 500 volts center tapped if that is acceptable. If the 6
volt winding won't power all 22 tubes will your project accommodate an
additional 6 volt heater transformer? Or a Radio Shack 12 or 24 volt
transformer and some series heater wiring?

I'll check out the iron I have here and if I have one you can use it's
yours for the postage. USPS needs the money! <evil grin> I need the
space.
