Anyone have one or two just taking up room in their junkbox they would like to part with?

I am going through a TenTec 580 and from all appearances this counter chip is dead. I see goz-in-ta's but no goz-out-a's from the chip. Buffers look fine after it, so I'm thinking the chip died for some reason.

I may look at a PIC design to replace it, but there is other onboard logic I would need to figure out first. So this would be the easiest thing to swap out and verify.

Thought I'd check this group first, so thanks for anyone who may be able to help.
