In the parts list, 850 u refers to the core permeability, not the coil 
inductance. The symbol is the Greek letter mu, without the succeeding 
"h," which would mean microhenries. Fifteen turns of wire should get you 
about 80 uH according to the W8DIZ toroid calculator. It's an rf choke, 
so the value isn't highly critical.
