If your email client won't properly format long URLs, I recommend using
TinyURL.

IIRC, the OP asked about adjusting the voltage to 13.6 or thereabouts.
The WikiHow
<http://www.wikihow.com/Convert-a-Computer-ATX-Power-Supply-to-a-Lab-Power-Supply>
article
<http://www.wikihow.com/Convert-a-Computer-ATX-Power-Supply-to-a-Lab-Power-Supply>
(this link works) says: "The voltages that can be output by this unit
are 24v (+12, -12), 17v (+5, -12), 12v (+12, 0), 10v (+5, -5), 7v (+12,
+5), 5v (+5, 0)..."

The Make Blog
<http://www.instructables.com/id/ATX--%3e-Lab-Bench-Power-Supply-Conversion/>
(good link) article doesn't say anything about upping the voltage from
+12, either.

Sorry for multiple posts; this text-only stuff is annoying.
