Good morning to all;
       I just joined the list, and have a problem identifying a Multi
Band SSB home brew transmitter.
I got it at the Fort Smith Hamfest. Just couldn't resist it.
I am told it was probably built in the 60's. It was built by the now
SK  W5NIR,   Luther  Lester  "Les"
formerly of Tulsa, Okla. It looks to be very well laid out and built.
It has 20 tubes and a 110 volt PS.
It covers 10 thru 80 meters, and looks like he used a dial mechanisum &
tuning capacitor from one of
the old ARC-5 rigs. It has one 6146B tube.
It is missing some tubes and sockets are not numbered.
I would like to locate the original article and schematic it was built from.
I am also told that it was one of the original " Works of Art " rigs
that people could duplicate.

Being new to the list, I don't think I can post a picture on the list. So,
If you think you can help me, send me your email add, and I will forward
some Pic's

It looks too well built to just be torn apart for parts.

Thanks in advance for any help. Frank Donnelly KI0RQ
