I'm looking for an Integrated Circuit Diode Array, NTE907. When I do a
search on the internet, all I can find is the tech docs and those companys
that have 985 of them but you have to purchase a minimum of $100.00 or some
crazy thing like that.

This is a six ultra-fast, low capacitance diode on a common monolithic
substrate. Five of the diodes are independently accessible, with the sixth
sharing a common terminal with the substrate. The NTE907 comes in a 12-Lead
TO5 package.
