Hello,

If your like me you buy a lot of parts for present and future projects and sometimes have to search all over for what you bought last year.

Here is what I do now.

I buy some plastic containers called shoeboxes. Each time I buy something it goes in the box. When the box gets full I assign it a number and make up a list of whats in it. One copy of the list goes in the box and one in a binder.

Now when I need a part I look in the notebook for the box number where it is and go right to it. This is much easier if you do it as you buy instead of waiting til parts are so numerous it takes a long time to gather and list.
