 EagleCAD is quite good, I use it for all my stuff :

 FYI, you can "trick" EagleCAD ( free version ) to make PCBs bigger than the 
allowed max board size... just make your own component footprints with traces 
and vias, don't use any library parts... if you do that, there's no limit how 
big the board can be... 

Custom PCB directly accepts EagleCAD files, I don't need to make Gerbers or 
drill files or anything... I use them all the time, small quantities and prices 
are good also.

 If more hams would make websites and offer PC boards ( bare or assembled / 
tested ) I think it would go a long way towards fostering homebrew activity... 
lots of people don't know PICs, don't know how to make PC boards, and don't 
really want to learn either topic... but they can still assemble stuff and get 
it running, and take some genuine pride in it.
