We have been talking here about the lack of activity on this reflector.

I only belong to a few but none of the others has this rule. 
-- Sooo,... I wonder why it is illegal here?

I think that no Cross-posting here may be a small but real problem for
some users. For instance, if I want to reply to both the sender personally
and to the reflector at the same time, it gets bumped into an inspection
file or something and is delayed.

Thought...
In my limited experience no one is abusing any of the reflectors, so why
does this one have that rule?
