[HomeBrew] Help identifying a component; further testing

Hi
Thanks to all who offered their suggestions. Most of the suggestions were
they were a triac/scr origin.
  They don't test as any scr/triac. I would get a gate-cathode junction
that I would forward bias if it was.
I was able to put up to 140 volts across any of the 3 terminals (current
limited, of course) and get NO current flow in any direction. I started out
at zero and slowly came up. I was able to detect as little as 0.1 uA.
Capacitance measured 6-7 pF between the stud and either terminal. Also
the same capacitance between both isolated terminals. This is too low for
any type of bypass cap.
Resistance is >20 megohms between any two terminals.

So, no winners, yet.

Anyone want one to check out? I only have 5.
