Well, they are great for storing transistors too,
anything where it's better to be able to see them
and how many you have at the same time.

It occurred to me that these might make nice coil
forms, in fact i was trying to figure some way to 
make plug-ON coils with the pill container's lid
fixed to the chassis, and the pill bottle snap-on
to the lid. Then maybe a couple leads off the coil
would go to Fahnstock clips. Not the best idea for
frequency stability but maybe an idea for transmitter
plug-on coil with only 2 leads - or maybe screw terminals
for the coil leads.
BTW, have a look at the top cap of a Tylenol bottle.
Doesn't that large, grippy cap have the makings of
a nice tuning or bandswitch knob?
