[HomeBrew] NE602 mixer replies

Hello to group and thank you for the initial responses.

To answer a few questions:

The  2nd IF of the homebrew transceiver is 72 MHz.
The crystals I have appear to be fundamental, not overtone.
They were purchased from Mouser 6 or 7 years ago.

I have already built a clean and stable 72 MHz oscillator, and I may use it 
to inject
a signal into pin 6 of the NE602.
But I thought it would be neater to use the NE602's own internal oscillator
with a 72 MHz crystal, this requires the capacitors in a colpitts 
configuration.

I will be injecting the VFO ( AD9851 DDS controlled 1-30 MHz ) into pins 1 
and 2  of the NE602.
