[HomeBrew] Low pass filter program

Hello,

I am looking for a program that will generate values for a 3 or 5 element 
low pass filter when the input and output impedances are different. The 
programs I have use the same input and output impedance.

The reason..say I have a transistor power amp like in a QRP transmitter and 
the collector impedance is say 150 ohms and the antenna is 50 ohms. The 
results will show diferent capacitor for the input and output of the filter.
