In case anyone is interested, I maintain a modest library of older data books - Motorola, Texas Instruments, National Semi., RCA, etc.
The MDA962 series has -1 thru -5 part numbers, rated at 50-400 Vrm (peak reverse voltage). Dash 2 is 100 volts. Current is 10 Amps.

I recently picked up a couple of obviously older bridge rectifier modules from
Motorola. The only marking other than the date code and "MDA"
(Motorola Devices ?) is 962-1. Does anyone have an old Moto data book that may
tell what voltage, current rating this is?
Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
Dennis, NU8S
