MDA962-1 is a full wave bridge rectifier rated at 50 PIV and 10 amps.
1971 prices:
$4.38 for 1 to 9 units
$3.65 for 10 to 24 units
$3.30 for 25 to 99 units
$2.75 for 100 or more units
Imagine what those prices work out to in 2006 dollars.
-----
There was a whole family of these rectifiers, in various ratings. The basic
part number tells the current capacity, the suffix digit tells the PIV:
MDA962-1 50 PIV
MDA962-2 100 PIV
MDA962-3 200 PIV
MDA962-4 300 PIV
MDA962-5 400 PIV
