I haven't done it, but I saw it done at W3FDY years ago. Class B linear for 
SSB.

In the Handbooks of the late 1940s, and also in QST (July 1946, by W1TS, Don 
Mix), was a design for a rack-mounted pair of 250THs in pushpull. Good 
starting point.
