[HomeBrew] ND487C2-3R ring balanced modulator for FT77

Hello group,

Looking for replacement ND487C2-3R for a very old
FT-77, thats really reduced modulated phone power
(less than a watt, but does well ok CW). This device
is a double balanced modulator, ring, 50 mA, silicon
schottky barrier diode. Any tips on replacement
greatly appreaciated. 

I'm in VU land, India.
