[HomeBrew] RF phase shift for SSB

I intend to experiment with DC rx that operates on the
operating frequency. Need some info on RF phase shift,
possibly applet or software to calculate phase
directly at 7, 14, & 21 Mhz. Anyone one can help with
info please !
