Can anyone reccomend a medium power RF transistor or FET for 150 MHz ? 150 MHz 1.0 W out 13 db gain ( = 50 mW in ) class C operation 12V supply Prefer SMT and something available from multiple mfgr's, ( in small qty's ) and currently in production. Not as easy as it sounds... Thanks... Bob S.
