[HomeBrew] need old TI transistor data

Guillermo,
I'd like to know what they are and their ratings so I could match to a
current type. From the circuits I can make a pretty fair guess what they
are but I'd like to confirm and get some ratings.
One other fellow Ian confirmed the TIS131 as a NPN HV transistor.
I think the TIP5T and TI932 are N-channel HV JFETs, and the TI402C and TI906
are NPN transistors. But ratings???

pete
