Jeff,
Solid state dip-meters often have too less output power to drive
a antenna bridge. I dont have a GDO, but my Monacor solid state
meter delivers too less power to dirve my antenna bridge directly.
There was a article in QST, describing a little amplifier for these
application. If you are interested, i will search out, in wich issue
it was.
Maybe you have the chance to try it out with a solid state dip meter,
if the delivered power is enough for your bridge, so you would not need any
aditional amplifier.
