[HomeBrew] QRP frequencies?

Hi,

I have a friend who is going to check for crystals for the little QRP TOOB rig 
(the "Rockin' '50s MOPA") that I'm building.

I realize that 7040 and vicinity is the 40 meter "frequency of choice" for 
QRP.  What are other good frequencies for him to look for in the 80, 40, 30 
and 20M bands (multiplied up for 20M)?
