Hi all, I discovered a 6 meter amplifier project from QST on the web dating back to 10/90. It is based on the MRF492 and also mentions the possible use of a MRF140. Know of any other more up to date transistors that might be used in the amplifier, or maybe even a full project that is designed around newer semi's for that band? Tnx. Joe N1KHB
