[HomeBrew] Transformer value

I have a scrap transformer (from an old TV set) labelled ITT ST-20 printed 
on it (also a serial number "19811", nothing else).
Have done a lot of Google searches on those printed information, yielding 
nothing.
So:
Is there any easy way to determine its transforming values -- presumed from 
220 V down to, well, what?
