[HomeBrew] Lamda Power Supply Schematic

Hello all,

I'm in need of a Lamda Power Supply schematic, model LM C12.

Does anyone have one they can scan, copy or whatever?  It's not too complicated, but it is putting out max voltage with no adjustment.  Nothing looks shorted, so a schematic would sure help troubleshoot it.
