[HomeBrew] MVAM-2 Varactor specs?

Hi,
I have some MVAM-2 (Motorola?) Varactor diodes here that I'd like to ID
and possibly use.  These are 3 legged "double" back to back diodes
(determined by DVM) but a Google search turned up absolutely NOTHING on
them.  I'd kind of like to know the capacitance/Voltage range in
particular.
