Greetings fellow HB fans,
I have come across several, more than six Lab type low noise amps, used
in biology experiments. They are three separate 6SN7 tubes with input
and
input output banana jacks on the front panel. The cabinet is a sloping
type
grey in color, with the front plate removable. Follows is the parts
count
and type.

1 - 5Y3 rectifier
3 - 6SN7 dual triode
1 - #44 lamp and holder (red jewel lens) 6.3V
1 - SPST toggle
8 - Banana jacks
1 - 1/3 amp fuse and holder (bulkhead type)
1 - 4uF 600VDC oil filled cap with mounting clips
1 - power transformer (with 115VAC in) 680 VAC to 5Y3 approximately 486
VDC output.
    also 6.3 VAC and 5.0 VAC windings

Some of these have the line cord still attached, some don't. If you
would 
like a line cord with the unit let me know.
