I'm new to electronics and have been trying to learn
more and build some projects.  I would like to get an
oscilloscope, but I'm not sure what to get, and I have
to get something cheap.  Does anyone have suggestions
on the minimum requirements for an oscilloscope used
for RF and digital applications?  I've been thinking
about something like a dual channel 20MHz
oscilloscope.  Recently I saw a Tektronix 466 for
$165, which seems like a good deal, but I'd like some
input on what I should be looking for.  Thanks in
advance.
