[HomeBrew] Modulation % meter circuit needed

Can anyone cite or tell me of a percent of modulation meter circuit source? I am building a modulator circuit based on a junked 6V6 p-p amp to plate modulate a Heathkit AT-1 transmitter. Please let me know and thanks. Cal, N6KYR.
