You can fabricate your own VERY easily Brian... either a short length of
TFE coax (RG-142/etc. check the 'C' per foot-or measure it) or a piece of
circuit board. Both would be able to beat 1kV pretty easily-and 10pf
shouldn't be very large. Alternatively, 27pf is a pretty common value...
and 3 of 'em in series ought to exceed 1kV and be pretty near 10pf.
