    What mode of transmission do you plan to use?, also, state which 
plate voltage and current (from here you obtain  plate impedance) will 
take place. I don't think PI-L is worth  the effort for such low power 
output, you may see it mostly used in linear amplifier output because of 
the higher output powers (and higher harmonic suppression needed so).
