The list did a strange thing to the link it is printed twice and split
in half twice. The first have is completed on the last line and between
the <> on the two middle lines. Go figure?

This is probably a dumb question but I want to get it right.

Here is a link with a picture of a electrolytic capacitor. How do I
determine the polarity? I was looking for the - and the + here

My guess is the arrow points to the negative terminal because that side
is metal and the other is plastic.
